Many people believe that "sleep is sleep" and that quantity is the most important factor. This couldn't be further from the truth, however, as the human mind and body require a period of time to "recharge" every night. This recharge occurs during periods of healthy and productive sleep. With this in mind, Dream Boost was developed as a facilitator; helping guide the user's body through its natural sleep cycle. This provides the user with a more restful sleep that enables them to awaken refreshed and not groggy like other sleep aids.
A normal biological function of healthy sleep is dreaming. This is a time where our mind processes the day's activities and "files" them away for future use. To increase the dreaming experience, Dream Boost contains certain "brain fuels" that help the mind organize and make sense of dreams. Ultimately, this leads to an enhanced dreaming ability, as well as more colorful and vivid dreams that are easier to remember the next morning. Dream Boost also helps promote lucid dreaming which is the ability to consciously realize you're dreaming while asleep.

Sleep and Dream
Enhancer When achieving quality sleep, our normal biological function is to dream. During these times, our mind is allowed to process all of the days activities and "file" them away for future use. Unproductive sleep disrupts dreaming ability thus preventing this function. Dream Boost enhances dreaming ability, producing more colorful and vivid dreams with better dream recall the following day. Dream Boost may also help to promote lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is the ability to consciously realize that one is dreaming while sleeping. Once this ability is developed, the dreamer can control the events of the dream, for fun, for learning, for healing, and even to put an end to nightmares, fears, and problems.
